She has served on the statewide steering committee of the Construction Leadership Council which is part of the Associated General Contractors, has past service on the DFW and Oklahoma Society for Marketing Professional Services executive boards and has been awarded for her efforts within the architecture, engineering and construction industries.  Cara is passionate about sustainable alternatives and is a member of the Oklahoma Chapter of the United States Green Building Council.  She enjoys speaking and organizing seminars devoted to educating others about marketing and sustainability.

Locally, Cara was fortunate to be a founding member of the Greater Enid Young Professionals, an organization devoted to professional development and the growth and enhancement of Enid.  She has participated on the Enid Public School Foundation and is a proud alum of the 2009 Leadership Greater Enid class.  Additional honors include being chosen as the first client at the James W. Strate Center for Business Development, being a featured testimony on the OK Department of Commerce's Project Boomerang website and selection as a Top 10 Oklahoma Boomeranger in Engage Oklahoma, the 2009 Guide to Business and Economic Development.

Tom Evans is the President/CEO of Encompass Financial Services, Inc. and the principle owner of the various affiliates.  He is a Certified General Appraiser, Insurance Agent, Real Estate Broker and Property Manager. In the past 25 years Evans has owned, managed and developed numerous commercial, residential and agricultural real estate entities and has in-depth experience in income analysis and methodology of real estate practices, along with an understanding of the risk management involved in land and agricultural real estate investments.
